This modality is facilitated through intuitive, rhythmic and ambidextrous awareness direction…making you feel like there is more than one set of compassionate hands working with you. Working with connective tissue on the macro and micro levels, the body is inclined to align more dense tissues naturally.
Being a full-body unwinding session, one in which your private areas will remain covered the entire time. Please dress or undress to your comfort level. Matt is akin to a respectful Shaolin monk, when folding clients in and out of sheets, so that clients are more inclined to remember their zen.
